> “Supervision is not just about the work — it’s about the person doing the work.” > — Hawkins & Shohet, Supervision in the Helping Professions
I provide clinical supervision for therapists at all stages — whether you’re in training, newly qualified, or a seasoned practitioner looking to deepen your work.
Sessions are collaborative, flexible, and adapted to your modality, caseload, and supervision needs. I aim to create a space where you can pause, reflect, and feel resourced — not just professionally, but personally too.
My supervision style is integrative and relational. I often draw on the Seven-Eyed Model developed by Hawkins and Shohet, which explores supervision through multiple lenses:
This model supports deeper insight into parallel process, systemic influences, and your ongoing development as a practitioner.
> 🧠 I also welcome supervisees who wish to bring creativity, ethical dilemmas, use-of-self work, or blended online/in-person reflections into our space.
Sessions can be held online, by phone, or in person depending on availability.
I offer a free 20-minute intro call for us to meet and explore how supervision might support you — practically and relationally.
