I'm a fully qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor with nearly 20 years of experience supporting adults through emotional and psychological challenges.
I specialise in working with anxiety, OCD, and low self-esteem, and offer a calm, compassionate space for you to explore change — at your pace and in your own way.
I work integratively, drawing from a range of therapeutic models to tailor each session to the individual. My practice is grounded in:
This allows me to flex with your needs — whether you're seeking a structured approach or something more exploratory and reflective.
I hold a Level 2 Counselling Diploma (2007), followed by a Level 3 Certificate in Counselling (2011), and a Foundation Degree in Counselling (Levels 4/5, 2015). I later completed a Certificate in Clinical Supervision (2016) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT, 2018).
After completing my core training, I spent five years working at Connect Psychology — a high-volume NHS service specialising in CBT — where I managed a caseload of 20–24 one-to-one clients and delivered four psychoeducational courses on anxiety and low self-esteem each week. This experience grounded me in structured, evidence-based care and deepened my understanding of how therapy can be both practical and transformative.
A key professional milestone for me was my time as Coordinator at Bristol Mind, where I trained and supervised volunteers delivering frontline mental health support. This role strengthened my supervision practice and deepened my commitment to community-based mental health care in community settings.
Alongside these roles, my early work included mentoring disadvantaged young people, combining creative approaches with therapeutic support. I’ve also facilitated group therapy in various community settings — including support groups for individuals navigating self-injury — always focusing on creating safe, structured, and emotionally attuned environments.
Over the past two decades, I've supported people in a variety of settings — from high-intensity therapy NHS services like Connect Psychology to community mental health organisations like Nilaari and Bristol Mind.
Today, I work in private practice offering both in-person and online therapy sessions.
I also provide clinical supervision for trainee and qualified therapists.

You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Often, people come simply because something doesn’t feel quite right — or they’re ready to explore life with greater clarity and self-understanding. I see it as like the gym for the mind/emotions
Wherever you’re at, we’ll go at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
